opening night

wow guys, we really pulled it off!
i was really impressed with how well it went.
i know a few mistakes were made but i dont think any1 noticed!
AND OUR CHARACTERS WELL-THEY ROCKED!
this mite sound cocky but i think i finally pulled off the madame and im really happy!
good luck 4 2nite every1 its gonna be great :D
and remember...the moderator is just another person in the crowd :)

wow guys, our 1st run through with an audience! while it wasnt much of an audience it made a huge difference to our performance! i was really impressed with the voice projection! i was out in the "green room" 4 most of the second act and i could hear most of u! brilliant!

i feel so bad

hey guys,
i had 2 go see ms mace 2day about sum problems im having.
i know its really hard coz ive missed so many rehearsals etc so the scenes im in are kinda weak.
also sum of u dont know but i have an ankle injury and its affecting me onstage wen we have to sit down and get up. im not sure if u have noticed that or not but ms mace has and its ruining the effect of the scene. so 2morrow, (tuesday) im really sorry but we r making sum last minute changes. i feel terrible coz its all my fault i shouldve sed sumthing earlier but i honestly thought id be ok. so im really sorry guys i hope it doesnt stuff u around 2 much!

also, continuing on with wat daniel said in his blog, u guys r all doing a fantastic job with ure characters etc and i hope i can raise my own performance 2 match ures. im really looking 4ward 2 performing with u all u guys make this play wat it is. a lot of u, holly, knowelsey and kyle especially really really play ure parts well. its hard 2 have a monologue but u guys put so much into them and it really shows! i know there will be a lot of tears in the audience...and backstage! Maddy...what can i say? wen ms mace casted u as the voice i agreed but now im just blown away. i mean...ur movements are natural...and spooky...the way u talk and act really frightens me...ure brilliant!i love the 3 clowns...all of u make me laugh so much and bring a lightness to the performance which i think we really need! and luke as the ringmaster! u should join a circus haha. the scene with leonie an the golf balls is classic! well done.

ally, thanks so much 4 the costumes! i dont know wat we'd be without u! (prolly nothing) and bec u do stage manager so well! i hope that the adjustments dont stuff u around 2 much im really sorry! and josh...i love the music. the mood fits so well and its a hard job! (i know ive been the music man b4 2 lol)

kiah and adele u both have heaps of roles but u make each 1 believable and sincere. kiah i love u as the GP, u sound exactly like a doctor-even tho sum lines are a little jumbled u cover it well...i wouldnt have noticed it yesterday if i hadnt had the script in front of me. that goes 4 every1-the impr happening is great!

jenna u make the cutest little girl! and wen ure older...and really sick...u play the role of an anorexic teen so well i almost cried last nite (its kinda embarrassing).

ms mace uve dun an awesum job with us and it cant be easy dealing with every1s needs as well as directing. we know u get stressed out but we really appreciate wat u do!

phoebe u make the cutest ugly duckling! and ure monologue 4 the showgirl is beautiful :) keep up the good work!

nearly time

well its less than 1 week away and im really stressing out and i know u guys r 2.
i feel really bad 4 all the lessons i missed wat with being sick and having family complications so im really willing 2 cop wat i deserve from u guys.
however i do think we can pull this play off. this class is really good at impro and covering up mistakes so dont be afraid 2 do that if u have 2!
last year at my old skool, one of our year 12s skipped half the scene and screwed us all up but we managed to cover it up so i know u guys can! keep working hard allie, we do appreciate it! u to bec and josh! and every1 else good luck!
